Sound cutting out/changing volume

When listening to calls and content through my Poly SY20, the sound has begun to cut out or drop in volume. My organic speakers still operate consistently when I disconnect it. I have tried multiple power cycles and the issue is not correcting.

  • Windows key -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> Sound Control Panel -> Communication -> do nothing.
