• Audio: Trio 8500 and Trio 8800 systems may reboot when using a Bluetooth audio connection.
• Calendar: The Join button sometimes doesn't appear for Teams meetings when Exchange is connected to the OTD server using generated credentials for Exchange Mailbox.

Open Issues:

• Audio: A Trio system configured within a Zoom Room PCBase profile may not provide audio for Zoom calls using the third-party Join feature to join a Microsoft Teams call.
• Audio: On Poly Trio phones, the ringback tone may not play for outgoing Teams calls placed immediately following a reboot.
• Calendar: Meetings scheduled for All Day using OTD for calendaring may show the wrong meeting time with BlueJeansNetwork.
• Directories: Pause characters programmed into saved contact information don't display in Recent Calls, preventing callbacks.
• Hardware: Green LEDs on the Poly Trio phone may remain illuminated after joining and quickly hanging up from a Skype for Business conference call.
• Logs: Phone logs may record scheduled informational messages at higher than intended log levels, possibly interfering with boot logs.
• Network: The phone may use an IP address from the DHCP server while using Wi-Fi, despite having a preferred static IP address configured.
• Network: When Wi-Fi is enabled, the device may fail to connect to the system web interface if a static IP address is configured.
• Network: The phone may fail to obtain specific country IP addresses over Wi-Fi when the country code leads to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band selection.
• Network: Configuring the phone to use a VLAN may cause it to receive broadcast packets from the default VLAN.
