Fixed Bugs:

  • Network: The Wi-Fi connection status now correctly reports as connected to the cloud server.
  • User Interface: Trio 8800 phones in controller mode correctly display TLS settings in the system web interface.

Open Issues:

  • Audio: Trio system with Zoom Room PC configuration may not provide audio for Microsoft Teams calls using Join feature.
  • Audio: Daisy-chaining Trio 8800 systems may cause issues for attendees speaking softly into the Modular Room device.
  • Audio: Ringback tone may not play on Poly Trio phones for first outgoing Teams calls after a reboot.
  • Calendar: All Day meetings scheduled via OTD for BlueJeans Network may display incorrect times.
  • Directories: Pause characters in saved contacts don’t appear in Recent Calls list.
  • Hardware: Green LEDs on Poly Trio phones may stay illuminated if a user quickly hangs up after joining a Skype for Business call.
  • Logs: Phone logs may incorrectly record informational messages at higher log levels than intended.
  • Network: Phone may use DHCP IP address instead of a configured static IP when using Wi-Fi.
  • Network: Device may fail to connect to system web interface when using Wi-Fi with static IP configured.
  • Network: Phone may not obtain specific country IP addresses over Wi-Fi if 2.4 GHz band is selected based on country code.
  • Network: Trio system may receive broadcast packets from default VLAN despite VLAN configuration.
  • User Interface: Device timezone changes may not update correct time in the system web interface.
