Resolved Issue(s)

✔ ️ Application - Touching the screen on the Trio C60 doesn't wake the phone from power-saving mode when using the Poly Studio X50 as a controller.

✔ ️ Application - Trio C60 systems crash after receiving instant messages.

✔ ️ Audio - TheTrio Zoom Room Controller doesn't adjust call volume.

✔ ️ Calendar - The phone doesn't authenticate after receiving the required HTTP 204 response when in the Generic base profile.

✔ ️ Calendar - Meeting invitations processed by the Poly Workflow Server may not receive OTD functionality.

✔ ️ Device Management - Telnet appears to break when an incorrect username or password is entered during login.

✔ ️ Interoperability - Trio phones fail to sign in to Skype for Business when using OAuth authentication.

✔ ️ Interoperability - When"/api/v1/mgmt/mrpair/info/"is triggered via REST API, it doesn't display information about paired modular room devices.

✔ ️ User Interface - Custom icons don't appear on speed dial entries.

✔ ️ User Interface - The Recent Calls softkey isn't available on the Home screen.

✔ ️ User Interface - The Content softkey isn't available on the Home screen.

✔ ️ User Interface - Swiping on-call drawer softkeys could cause them to stay down.

Known Issue(s)

? Application - When you daisy-chain two Trio C60systems, the volume control display slider doesn't appear when you press the volume keys.

? Audio - A Trio system configured with a ZoomRoom PC base profile and paired to a Zoom Room PC may not provide audio(speakers or microphones) to a Zoom call that uses the Zoom Room PCthird-party Join feature to join a MicrosoftTeams call.

? Audio - When you configure a Trio C60 to use the Zoom Room PC Base Profile paired to a Zoom Room PC, the Trio C60system sometimes can't reduce the Zoom call volume to zero using the TrioC60hardwarevolume keys.

? Audio - On Poly Trio phones, the ring-back tone may not play for the first several outgoing Teams calls placed immediately following a reboot, even when the calls place successfully. This doesn't affect any other calling functions.

? Calendar - When using OTD for calendaring and you schedule a BlueJeans Network meeting, sometimes meetings scheduled for All Day show the wrong meeting time.

? Hardware - When you connect a Trio C60 system to OTD for calendaring using generated credentials, meetings scheduled for All Day don't display in the calendar.

? Interoperability (Mac) - MacBook Pro 2017 systems running macOS Big Sur 11.1 can't connect toTrio C60 systems.

? Network - When you configure the phone to use a VLAN, the Trio system may also receive broadcast packets from the default VLAN.

? Peripherals - Bluetooth keyboards don't work when paired with a TrioC60.

? User Interface - When enabling Wi-Fi, the phone reboots. When joining a Wi-Fi network for the first time, the phone's display gets stuck on the waiting screen with the message "Obtaining IP address".

? User Interface - The Wi-Fi connection status always reports as not connected to the cloud server even when Wi-Fi is connected.

? User Interface - The system web interface doesn't display the correct time if you change the device time zone.
