Flip 2 touch not working?

Hi All

I have an end-user that has reported the touch function not working, I have since checked this and not got anywhere with it. Any ideas?

Check if the touch control lock is enabled. Connect a mouse to the screen Then navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Advanced settings -> Touch control lock and disable it
