Flip2 55” does not turn on?

After I connected my flip2 to an outlet, it does not want to switch on. Does anybody has an idea what is going on?

Take another device and plug it into the outlet and check the outlet.
Make sure that the switch is set to the on position on all intermediate plugs.
Check the unplugged cables for damage.
If the screen does not turn on, contact your supplier or support for repair or replacement of the unit.
