SamsungVia the external connection box it goes via HDMI Screenshare (out) into the PC. Of course, not directly, but via Elgato Camlink or Atem Mini).
Unfortunately, nothing is displayed at all (black screen). In the HDMI output settings Auto is selected, switching to IHD, FHD etc. also changes nothing. The cable has also been changed - doesn't help either.
Software is the latest. What could be the problem? Ideas? Suggestions?
