Hello,I've been having issues with my Flip 2 Whiteboard so I requested a repair. They came with a new board and when I turned it back on, it didn't go to a setup mode, but instead loaded the menu in russian. The device also had a different name. Anyway, with the help of Google Translate I was able to turn the language back to English, but now I realize that the device has a different password than my original one or the factory standard of 000000. Any ideas on how to reset the whole thing so that I'm working on a "blank canvas" so to speak? Also, is it a red flag that the Flip loaded up in Russian, had a different name, and has an unknown password?Thank you.Catalina

It is strange that the new Flip board was loaded in Russian and has a different name and password than your original board. It could be that the new board was already used by someone else and was not fully reset before it was given to you.
