How does screen sharing work?

In the manual for the Flip 2 is offered in the screen sharing both the HDMI connection, but also WLan. So when exporting. But in reality there is the HDMI connection as a possibility not. But the other way around it works.

But also WLan does not work. Although the PC recognizes the whiteboard and the whiteboard the PC, but the connection does not work.

The Samsung hotline doesn't know anything about it and refers to a number in England, but nobody answers.

Do you know the problem?

Do you have a solution?

Thanks

Hello, the HDMI output is enabled by means of the tray (connection box). We use Miracast to get the content to the computer.
