How to download firmware updates?

I previously posted a question about downloading the UPDD driver, and kiessling-medientechnik provided a great answer linking to another site which had the driver.
However I now need to update firmware, and can't seem to download those from Samsung either. How do I actually get access to the downloads on the Samsung website? is there an alternate source for the firmware?

check if the firmware can be installed directly from the Flip. Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Software updates -> Update now (Status 1240.1 2023.02.20)
Contact your vendor, as a Samsung partner they can provide you with an update.
Since the download is only available for partners you need a partner account, you can create this safely via the registration portal, as a company.
There may be an alternative on the Internet, but we do not know.
