Opening files not working?

I keep trying to open different PDF, .docx files, but my Flip won't let me see the document, it just saves and nothing else appears. Any ideas?

Hello,

My suggestions:

Test with another file format such as a JPEG image
Try another USB stick
Check Flip security settings regarding USB lock
Update the firmware (maybe it is necessary to accept the terms and conditions again)
Reset the device

If all this doesn't help write to Samsung support or open the PDF files on a laptop and project them on the Flip.
