Samsung Flip 2 wont flip?

Anyone have a Flip 2 that won't filp? It is mounted on a stand and all other functions seem to be operating normally.

Update the system to the latest version.
To use the device in landscape mode, rotate it counterclockwise and make sure the power indicator is on the right after rotating it.
If the indicators on the Flip do not change on their own, please contact Samsung Support.

Did you get a solution for this issue. My screen is also flipped for no apparent reason
