SamsungWe try to set up saving drawings to a cloud storage account. This requires PIN and 000000 does not work (someone else set it up originally). Then I read that pin can be reset with the remote control but that seems to be lost as well..How can it be reverted back to factory settings so we have control of the PIN code?
Hi, you need a Samsung remote control, e.g. the BN59-01180B, with which you go to your screen. The IR receiver should be installed at the back, where the HDMI connection is. Point it there and then enter the key combination MUTE → 182 → Power in. The screen should turn off and on again. Then go to Options → Reset and the device will be reset to factory settings. Now all settings are gone and you can enter the correct ones.
