Since firmware update Screen Mirror no longer works

Hi,
did a firmware update and since then Screen Mirror does not work. Neither from the laptop nor from various cell phones.
Before it worked flawlessly.
Can I downgrade the firmware again or do I have to do a factory reset?

Connect your device to the Internet.
Click on Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Terms and Conditions and accept them. Then restart the device and try to connect wirelessly to the device again.
Open Airplay now should appear if not already confirmed also the AGB's.

Important notice:

Screen Mirror works only with accepted AGB's
