The email dispatch is not possible?

Apparently, the number of users who use the email function of the Flip 2 is very manageable. Otherwise I can not explain that there are no answers to this question here in the forum...

If you're using the Flip 2 within a corporate environment you will most likely need to modify the firewall and/or SMTP relay agent configuration. You may need to allow access to the source IP address and/or use a different port. To check if it's the internal network configuration causing the issue you can try testing to a public mail gateway while the Flip is connected to a different network i.e. hotspotting to your mobile.

Unfortunately, it does not work with Hotspot either. Neither Office365 nor GMX nor Gmail

Have the same problem E-mail server not recognized

I achieved mail sending through Office 365 by using the following parameters:

• SMTP Server "mydomain-com.mail.protection.outlook.com
• Port 25
• TLS on
• Default user "flip@mydomain.com"
• Password: App Password

I had to set the app password for the Flip account on M365 while logged in as the respective user through https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info, and had to specifically allow it for the user since we enforce modern authentication and MFA on our tenant.
Actually I would have preferred to send SMTP anonymously, and explicitely allow from our public IP, but the Flip device seems to authenticate anyway, even if user and password fields ar blank.
