Why is automatic start no longer possible with HDMI?

Up to firmware 1010, HDMI was started automatically, but after the update to 1080 this suddenly stopped working.
With the update to the current version 1100.6 it unfortunately does not work either.
Currently it always starts in draw mode.
It seems to be due to the setting for sources - this is grayed out in the current version.
With the 1010 you could still select an input here.
Does anyone here know a solution to the problem?

You can reactivate the setting.

Go to Menu
Settings
System
Setting for source activation (source or collection)
Activate change of automatic source.
Standard size of the PIP screen (full or partial screen)

If the HDMI images are greyed out, no HDMI image is recognized.
