I have a samsung Flip 2, and when i do a drawing on the whiteboard, which i send it by mail, i receive the PDF files with a 180° rotation. Anyone have a solution please ?
The problem could be due to the settings of the Samsung Flip 2. Try changing the Flip 2's orientation in the menu to ensure that drawings and documents are saved and sent in portrait mode. To do this, go to Settings > General > Alignment and select Portrait.
If this does not work, it may be that the problem is on the receiving end. The recipient can try opening the file in a PDF viewer and manually rotating the view to fix the problem.
