A certain webpage won't load in the Web browser on one Samsung Flip 2 but does load on an other.
Why? I have checked the settings and emptied the cache in the Web browser.
The two Samsung Flip 2 has the same configuration.
What can I do to fix this?

Compare the firmware versions and try to install the latest update.
If the Flip has an active internet connection, you can go to Menu -> Support -> Update and install the latest update.
For the latest update you can format a USB stick as FAT32 / NTFS. Download the latest update, Flip 2 / Flip 4. Open the ZIP file and copy the Images folder as a whole to the USB stick. Then go to Menu -> Support -> Update.
As soon as the latest update is installed try again.
