Why does an error message appear when opening the whiteboard app?

Hello, I use a Samsung Flip WM55B and have connected it via HDMI and touch out with the windows computer. The whiteboard app was installed and can be opened, but when clicking on the icons immediately appears the error message "Index was outside the bounds of the array". This multiplies with each further click and cannot be cleared either. What can I do? Best regards Vera

There are several causes for this error.

  • Reinstall the Samsung Whiteboard app on your computer.
  • Replace the USB cable to rule out a defect in the cable.
  • Connect the Flip to the internet and install the latest update. This can be found in the menu -> Support -> Software updates -> Update now.
  • Backup all projects from the Flip and reset it to factory defaults. Menu -&gt; Support -&gt; Reset all.
  • If possible, use another laptop with the software to rule out laptop failure.
