Improvements and fixes

• Fixed issue where Windows Conference version 1.0.5.x sometimes cannot recognize USB camera upon connection (latest version is 1.0.5.5).
• Fixed issue where Conference fails to connect if a USB camera is not detected.
• Fixed DNS queries may go out of the incorrect interface when 1100P is configured in dual network mode.
• Fixed irregular DHCP IP assignment and lease renewal when 1100P is configured in dual network mode.
