Open issues

• In case the location name between Control Cockpit and the location name stored on the device does not match, a notification will be issued in Control Cockpit. The location name used in the Control Cockpit application will be kept and stored on the devices.
• After updating the Sennheiser Control Cockpit from version 5.0 or earlier, multiple notifications of location name conflicts may occur (unless the location name stored on the device already
matches the location name used in the Control Cockpit).
• For Windows 7 users the updating from Control Cockpit Version 4.0.0 or earlier requires manually installation of the Microsoft Windows .NET 4.8 Package from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/net48 before continuing with the installation.
• Firmware updates of devices must be started from multi ions of unique product types only, due to a limitation in mixed multi selections.
• Operation of evolution G3 and G4 devices are limited to either one Sennheiser Control Cockpit installation or third party control.
• Evolution G3 and G4 devices can only connect within local subnets.
• We recommend clearing the browser cache after the update. Under certain conditions the browser may keep old user interface elements in its cache. Especially, updating from Control Cockpit Version 1.0.0 requires manually clearing the web browser cache (Ctrl-Shift-Del).
• The Cockpit-Tray application is not automatically started after an internal cockpit SW update.
You need to start it manually or reboot your computer.
