New Features and Known Issues for SL DW Transmitters
New Features:
- Remote Power Down: Allows remote shutdown of SL DW transmitters.
- TX Auto Power Down: Automatically turns off SL DW transmitters after a set, inactive time.
- Power Button Lock: Remotely locks the power button on SL DW portable transmitters.
- Pairing Button Lock: Remotely locks the pairing button on SL DW portable transmitters.
- New Workflows:
- Pairing multiple devices can be initiated in parallel from the Device List.
- Microphone firmware updates can now be initiated from multiple selected chargers simultaneously.
- Enhanced user assistance for error tracking during firmware update failures with detailed alerts.

Open Issues:
- For Windows 7 users, updating from Control Cockpit Version 4.0.0 or earlier requires manual installation of the Microsoft .NET 4.8 Package from Link.
- Firmware updates must originate from multi-selections of unique product types only, due to limitations with mixed selections.
- Operation of Evolution G3 and G4 devices is restricted to either one Sennheiser Control Cockpit installation or third-party control.
- Evolution G3 and G4 devices can only connect within local subnets.
- It is advisable to clear the browser cache post-update, as certain conditions may retain old user interface elements. Specifically, when updating from Control Cockpit Version 1.0.0, manually clearing the browser cache (Ctrl-Shift-Del) is required.
- The Cockpit-Tray application does not automatically launch after an internal cockpit software update; it must be started manually or upon reboot.
