SL MCR DW Update: New Features and Bug Fixes

New Features:

• Network modes of the SL MCR DW can be changed via SSC command.
• All IP settings (Ethernet and Dante) of the SL MCR DW can be set via SSC command.
• Dante settings can be set to factory default via SSC command.
• Support of improved audio level metering in Sennheiser Control Cockpit; now displays gain after the gain slider.
• New Location command for SL DW; location name up to 400 bytes can be stored via SSC command.
• Note: All features can only be activated via the SL Rack Receiver DW or SSC command for the SL Multi-Channel Receiver DW. For Sennheiser Control Cockpit, implementation will be in an upcoming release.

Enhancements:

• The SL MCR DW will restart automatically after changing network settings to ensure correct IP handling.
• The SL MCR DW supports TCP communication for SSC commands.

Fixed Bugs:

• ✔️ Resolved an issue where the SL MCR DW did not retain the IP address when a DHCP server appeared.

Open Issues:

• A downgrade of the SL Multi-Channel Receiver DW is only possible with a Control Cockpit version higher than 4.2.0. A factory reset must be performed after a downgrade.
