To power the microphone, you need a PoE-capable switch or a PoE injector.

The microphone must be integrated into a complete system including echo canceller. For this purpose an Audio DSP with USB interface is required. PCs with any video conferencing application can then be connected to the USB interface. Alternatively, the audio output (Analog/Dante) can be integrated into a video conference codec with integrated AEC (Echo Cancelling).
