How to factory reset Shure IntelliMix P300?

You can perform a few reset choices on this device, either by software or hardware options.

The Shure IntelliMix P300 has a reset button located inside the small rear panel hole which you can press using small tools or even a paperclip.

The hardware reset offers two options:

• Network reset - resets all the Shure control and network IP settings to factory defaults (press the button for 4-8 seconds)
• Or, a full factory reset (press the button for longer than 8 seconds)

If you choose the software path, you need to go into the Reboot Device -> Settings -> Factory reset - which will power cycle the device, the same as you would unplug it from the network. Note that all the settings will be retained while the device reboots.

There is an option for a factory default reset, go to Restore Factory Defaults -> Settings -> Factory Reset - Restoring the network and designed settings to its factory defaults, same as performing a full factory reset with the hard reset.

There is a third option, Default Settings -> Presets -> Restore default settings - this resets the audio settings back to their factory configuration, without changing the device name, IP settings, or passwords.
