Update

Version 4.3.6 offers bug fixes for the MXA310s

Improvement:

No declared improvements and new features

Bug fix:

This release comes with unspecified bug fixes.

Known Issues:

  • Factory reset at times does not reset Dante settings and/or fully disable encryption.
  • AES67 support is only available on UltimoX hardware.
  • MXA310 devices manufactured as of July 2017 have AES67 compatibility
  • Shure Audio Encryption is not backwards compatible (all devices must be on version 4.1 or later firmware to use this feature).
  • The device may mute its audio output when enrolling, unenrolling, or changing Dante Domain settings and ing "Clear Config,". Workaround: Reboot the device.
  • Channel EQ settings revert to its default settings after updating from version 2.X to 4.2.
  • The file type is saved incorrectly and needs to be renamed to .json to be imported when exporting Presets using Safari on a Mac OS.
  • When trying to load the device's web page after using SUU to upgrade or downgrade between MXA 4.3 and earlier releases, the browser may seem to be stuck on the "Loading" screen with the progress bar continually moving. This typically happens if two upgrades/downgrades are performed within a one-hour period. To correct this, hold your Shift key and click the Refresh button in your browser (or press Ctrl+Shift+R [Win] / Ctrl+F5 [Win] / Cmd+Shift+R [Mac]; note the keyboard shortcut doesn't work on Safari).
  • The Mute Control Function command string response is incorrect.
