If your Stem devices are not receiving or outputting audio signals, please try the following steps first:

make sure the USB port on the Stem Ecosystem device is firmly seated.
make sure your device is listed as a Windows/Mac default audio device (default speaker and default microphone).
make sure that your microphones/speakers are not muted in the Stem Ecosystem.
make sure that the audio settings in the video conferencing application are assigned to the Stem Ecosystem device for speakers and microphone.
