MindConnect Library 4.2 is available for download

Siemens has announced the availability of MindConnect Library 4.2 for MindSphere 3.0 on 09/14/2020. MindConnect LIB creates secure connectivity from an onsite device to MindSphere. Firewall-friendly communication via a MindSphere API and unique onboarding security tokens authenticate MindConnect during onboarding to ensure data is safely transmitted. With the release of MCL v4, support for MCL v3 will continue but new features will be released for MCL v4 only. Developers using MCL v3 are encouraged to migrate to MCL v4. A migration guide is included in the (code) documentation for MindConnect Library which can be found under the link mentioned at the end of this page.
