Siemens and Autefa Solutions Germany - Digital Twin

Every company strives to make the commissioning of robots and automation systems as short as possible and to start work as early as possible. Scientists from Autefa Solutions Germany worked on this problem and with the help of Siemens technology came to significant results. Namely, a project called "Digital Twin" was launched, which is a simulation of integrated printing processes, film inserts, and wrappers, ultrasonic sealing systems, conveyor belts, and transmission forks. Using this simulation, the system is tested and studied by determining its maximum possible speed, and of course, monitoring the system parameters. Siemens made a major contribution to the system when several of its products were integrated into this system.
