New available Communication Libraries for a range of communication block

New Libraries

• LCom - enables communication based on TCP/IP that provides additional communication functionalities
• LHTTP - enables data exchange with a web server in the local network or via HTTP and HTTPS
• LMQTT - enables communication of the controller as MQTT client
• LMindConn - direct connection of controllers to a MindSphere
• LOpcUa - providing function blocks for OPC UA PubSub communication
• LSNMP - used for monitoring and controlling SNMP-enabled networks components from a controller to a management system
• LSNTP - enables the controller to act as an SNTP server to synchronize the time
• LSyslog - enables sending syslog messages to a server over UDP or TCP with TLS encryption
