Improvements

The following behavior has been improved:

1. after a download in the "RUN" operating state, which leads to the "STOP" operating state, the program can now also be loaded into the controller via "Software (load completely)". It is no longer necessary to switch the CPU off and on again.
2. sporadic error messages no longer occur if the syslog server is not configured or cannot be reached:

• Temporary CPU error: Fatal firmware exception error (internal system code: 16#00100001 16#1002FFFF 16#00000000) CPU changes to DEFECTIVE state (system response)
