Enhancements:

• Improvement of the block OB_DIAG1 regarding diagnostics of devices connected via a Y-link to an S7-400H system.
• Enhancements in ACC_MODE handling during block downloads for MOD_1, MOD_2, MOD_3, MOD_64, MOD_D1, MOD_D2, MOD_D3, MOD_D8_PN, MOD_D16_PN, MOD_D24_PN, MOD_ENME, MOD_MS, MOD_CENTPNAL.
• Improvement in the robustness of time-stamping blocks IMDRV_TS and OR_32_TS.

Fixed Bugs:

• Correction in OB_BEGIN_PN and OB_BEGIN_HPN regarding diagnostic handling of IO modules in central or expansion racks.
