SiemensCan you tell me more about the synchronization of these systems? I have heard that the term is often used, but I do not understand how and what are synchronized.
The term synchronization is used with this control system to double check the data. There are 2 controllers (Active and Passive) in this system that process data. In case of failure of one of the 2 controllers, the other assumes the main function in the system. In order for the other controller to continue executing the program seamlessly, the two controllers must be synchronized in order for the program to continue executing at the point where the failure occurred.
