Improvements

• NAT risk of telegram loss when using NAT and DHCP has been eliminated
• iPCF-MC: Stability and performance improvements when using lots of clients and multiple parallel iPCF-MC installations
• TIA Portal download of "HTTP services" onto device possible again from STEP 7
• Signal recorder - Live display in WBM visualizes correct receiver values again
• SINEC NMS - Configuration file management (e.g. save, restore and compare) can be used again when using Layer 2 Tunnel

Open issues

• Load & Save issue - When updating the web interface from version 6.5.0 to a later version (e.g. V6.5.1), "File load operation failed" is displayed in the progress bar. However, the update operation itself is successful
