The following functions/improvements were implemented for SCALANCE XB-200/XC-200/XC-200G/XC-200G PoE/XP-200/XF-200BA/XF-200BA DNA/XR-300WG/XR-300PoE WG:

Security fixes and improvements:

• Change of default setting: Ethernet-IP DLR VLAN to be set in the switches during commissioning (Fast Ethernet SCALANCE switches only)

Diagnostics

• Introduction of SCALANCE diagnostics dashboard
• New SCALANCE diagnostics dashboard functionalities:
• New dashboard tile: Overview
• New dashboard tile: LED Panel
• New dashboard tile: Network Load
• Diagnostics feature: Flapping Link detection (Link Change detection: Monitoring of ports for frequently changing link state, incl. configurable response)

Features:

• Adjustable event message if the number of MAC addresses per port is exceeded
• Display of port name: Port name is additionally displayed with log message
• Support of DHCP snooping function

• New feature: MSTP
