Logic Editor function

• Forcing of CFC block inputs/outputs (basic data types)
• Logic Editor supports the following CFC blocks:
• Basic Instructions/Compare: LIMIT_UPPER_HYS, LIMIT_LOWER_HYS
• Basic Instructions/Extended: DEADZONE_HYS, PT1_CONTROLLER, CONTROL_PULLUP
• Basic Instructions/Target System: SET_ERROR, SET_WARNING

Additional improvements

• Improvements Redundancy parameterization CP-8050: incorrect message regarding CFC code generation when updating the redundant device
• IEC 60870 command handling (CFC): support of signals with Setpoint- and Bitpattern-Type Identifications (TI)
