Device Manager functions

Improvements in usability for the signal tree:

• Cut and paste signals and nodes
• Show preview in copy dialog
• Performance improvements (paste signals into large tree)

Usability improvements for the signal list:

• Show icon for signal type
• Easy switching between overview and detail view (no scrolling in toolbar required)
• Column grouping
• Action bar (show number of selected signals)
• Easy insertion of multiple signals (as in tree)
• Improved fill and increment functions (also for dropdown list boxes)
• New replace function

Signal import/export supports signal parameters (e.g. Text_On, Text_Off)
Signal Import/Export supports signal assignments from applications
Note: Signal mappings of the SHMI graphic editor are not supported.

Logic Editor functions:

Logic Editor supports global variables

• Interactive creation of global variables
• Support of Global Variables import
• Support of Global Variables during automatic chart generation (ACG)

Logic Editor supports switching from Signal Name to PPS Name (Power Plant Identification System)
