Improvements and changes in the SIMOCODE ES V17 Update 5

The transfer buttons in the online mode of the parameter editor are now also activated when the control signals S1 and S2 are changed.
Stability when working in TIA Portal has been improved on the basis of feedback from returned crash reports.
