Siemens Updates SIMOCODE Pro Block Library Features and Fixes

New Features:

• Feature2.Bit9 is introduced to enable the "Button mode in Local mode" function.

Enhancements:

• MMDiag, MMOprtn, MMMeas, MMStat, and MMLog blocks now automatically clear CPU buffer memory during system function calls from multiple blocks.
• The last valid states of the blocks are retained during HCiR (Download station configuration in RUN mode).
