New Improvements

STARTER
Within the scope of SINAMICS firmware version V4.7 SP13 HF7, STARTER V5.4 HF1 (see 26233208) must be used with the SINAMICS Support Package (SSP). SSP is available under 109477753.
With SSP, new functional features in firmware V4.7 SP13 HF7 can be configured using STARTER.
As part of the revision and simplification of the commissioning wizards, the SINAMICS application classes "Standard Drive Control", "Dynamic Drive Control" and "Expert" were introduced with STARTER V4.4 SP1 and SINAMICS G firmware V4.7 SP3. For additional information, refer to 109480663 .

Startdrive
Within the scope of SINAMICS firmware version V4.7 SP13 HF7, Startdrive V16 including the Hardware Support Package (HSP) V4.7 SP13 HF7 should be used (see 109771710). It is also possible to use Startdrive V15.1 (see 109760845) with the corresponding Hardware Support Package (HSP) V4.7 SP13 HF7 (see 109769122).
When importing the Hardware Support Package into an existing Startdrive V16/15 installation, new functions in V4.7 SP13 HF7 can be used with Startdrive.
As part of the revision and simplification of the commissioning wizards, the SINAMICS application classes "Standard Drive Control", "Dynamic Drive Control" and "Expert" were introduced with Startdrive V13 SP1 and SINAMICS G firmware V4.7 SP13 HF4. Additional information should be taken from the Entry 109480663 .

IOP-2/BOP-2
The HMI device IOP-2 (Article No.: 6SL3255-0AA00-4JA2) with firmware V2.6 supports the expanded functions of the SINAMICS G firmware V4.7 SP13 HF7. A complete list of the expanded functionality for IOP-2 V2.6 can be taken from the release for sale and delivery 109762019. In order to upgrade an existing IOP-2, the entry also includes an IOP-2 firmware download.
The BOP-2 operator panel (Article No.: 6SL3255-0AA00-4CA1) is automatically updated when using firmware V4.7 SP13 HF7.
As part of the revision and simplification of the commissioning wizards, the SINAMICS application classes "Standard Drive Control", "Dynamic Drive Control" and "Expert" were introduced with SINAMICS G firmware V4.7 SP3. For additional information on this subject please refer to entry 109480663 .
