CPUs are getting phased out for railway applications

According to EN 50155:2007, ceratin SIPLUS S7-300 CPUs are getting phased out.

Part of the listed CPUs complies with EN 50155 edition 2007, but a transposition/post-qualification according to DIN EN 50155 edition 2017 is not planned.

For new rail projects, it is necessary to migrate to S7-1200, S7-1500, or ET200SP.
