Ubiquiti Ubiquiti Access Point AC Pro does not accept adoption through the controller?

Good day,I have an Ubiquiti Access Point AC Pro which when I try to adopt using the controller it doesn't accept. Hi,

There are several causes for this problem.

  • You can reset the AP by pressing the reset button, e.g. with a paper clip for about 5 seconds. If you only press it briefly, it will restart.
  • The firmware on the AP is too old, then the controller cannot integrate the AP correctly.
  • The AP cannot resolve the address Unify:8080/inform via DNS. To do this, set a DNS record or connect to the AP via SSH and type Set-Inform http://Your_Controller_IP:8080/inform
  • It is important to always keep the Unify firmware up to date.
