Note(s):

? All URLs use HTTPS. This assumes your device(s) are running 3.7.56 or newer and the device date is set correctly. Change the URLs to HTTP for devices with earlier firmware versions or if the date is incorrect (for example, if the device cannot reach an NTP server).

? You may start seeing EVT_AP_RestartProc events in the controller log. If so, report if there is anything specific in your setup that is triggering the events. Restarting processes is not new, but reporting the restart is. These reports will help Ubiquiti troubleshoot these issues.

? US-XG-6POE upgrading from 4.0.2 or earlier will take some time to upgrade. Your switch may be unavailable for 5-10+ minutes as 4.0.3+ also upgrades the PoE firmware to improve PD compatibility.

? For UIS-8-450W upgraded from 4.0.33 and earlier, the PoE firmware is automatically upgraded to improve PD compatibility. This process takes a few minutes and will cause PoE to be unavailable during the upgrade.

? USW-16/24-PoE with version 4.0.44 cannot be upgraded directly to firmware 4.0.60 or higher. Upgrade to THIS version via a custom upgrade first, then you can upgrade to firmware 4.0.60+.
