• Ensure all URLs use HTTPS if your devices are running 3.7.56 or newer; otherwise, switch to HTTP for earlier firmware versions or incorrect device dates.
• US-XG-6POE upgrading from 4.0.2 or earlier may be unavailable for 5-10+ minutes due to PoE firmware upgrades.
• For UIS-8-450W upgraded from 4.0.33 and earlier, expect PoE to be unavailable for a few minutes during the automatic firmware upgrade.
• USW-16/24-PoE users with version 4.0.44 must first upgrade to version THIS before upgrading to 4.0.60+.
• Report any specific setups that trigger EVT_AP_RestartProc events in the controller log, as these reports aid in troubleshooting.
