Roboshot UHD 20 question. How to connect to a Marshall VS-PTC-IP controller?

I have 5 Roboshot UHD 20 cameras running both 12GB coax (for the video data through to the Tricaster system) and Category cable from the HD-Base T port for camera control through IP.

I have a Marshall VS-PTC-IP camera controller that uses VISCA over IP (or ONVIF but the cameras do not support that).

All 5 cameras, the Marshall PTC controller and a laptop all connect to a 1GB switch.

I cannot get the controller to discover the cameras for camera control even though the cameras are seen on that network, for instance by the Vaddio Deployment Tool where I can easily control pan/tilt/zoom etc.

I've tried both DHCP and static IP addresses on both units and I have made sure that VISCA IP is turned on in the security settings of the cameras.

Does anyone know if the Marshall VS_PTC-IP controller will for sure work with the Roboshot UHD cameras?

Thanks!

To control the Roboshot UHD cameras with the Marshall VS-PTC-IP controller, you must set up and connect the cameras and the controller so that they can communicate with each other.
Make sure that both the Marshall VS-PTC-IP controller and the Roboshot UHD cameras are turned on and working properly.
Connect the Roboshot UHD cameras to your network using Ethernet cables. Make sure the cameras have the correct IP configuration, either through DHCP or a fixed IP address.
Also connect the Marshall VS-PTC-IP controller to the same network using an Ethernet cable.
Check the ports on your switch if they are blocked TCP 5678 & UDP 1259
Enter the VS-PTC-IP controller menu and navigate to the network settings. Make sure the controller has the correct IP configuration, either through DHCP or a fixed IP address (make sure the devices are on the same subnet).
Navigate to the camera setup page in the VS-PTC-IP controller menu. Here you will need to enter the IP addresses and, if applicable, the credentials of the Roboshot UHD cameras. Note that you may also need to select the camera type and control protocol - in this case, select the VISCA protocol, as this is the protocol supported by Roboshot UHD cameras.
After you have entered the IP addresses and credentials of the Roboshot UHD cameras in the VS-PTC IP controller, you should be able to control the camera via the controller. Test the PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) functions to ensure that the controller works properly.
Otherwise, check with a program or plugin you functionality https://ptzoptics.com/applications/
You can now also customize other controller settings and functions to optimize Roboshot UHD camera control, such as pan, tilt, and zoom speed settings, presets, and camera tour sequences.
