Dead on arrival ??

Hello - I have ordered an ID Charger Connect Pro and got a longer delivery time.

Connected - without problems.

But the device is "Dead on arrival" .

Flashing red - short blue (as it should be) then red again ....

The manual gives a few hints, which are not useful ... and now nothing works.

I enter the system via the hotspot - but the functions are very poor and do not support any troubleshooting.

Does anyone have similar experiences ?

What was the remedy ?
