The FR1-D's OLED display provides clear visualization and makes it easy to navigate through menus and settings. As an integral part of the Dante system, the FR1-D enables seamless integration into network audio environments. With Dante, it is possible to transmit audio over an IP network, providing a flexible and scalable solution for demanding audio routing requirements.
Xilica's open architecture digital signal processor can be populated with any combination of Solaro Series input and output cards. It offers a variety of functions including analog audio, USB (with volume/mute HID support), GPIO, relay control and AES/EBU digital audio. With the optional XC-CTODN module for networked audio, the Solaro FR1 can handle up to 64×64 bidirectional audio channels over Dante using standard CatX cables without relying on proprietary switches.
