Improved handling of LCD touch screen error messages in firmware V4.02 and later.

Fixed Bugs:

✔ ️ Fixed a problem with V4.02 or later firmware causing LCD touchscreens to become inoperable.

Open Issues:

? Pasting settings from CHANNEL without ANALOG GAIN using CH COPY unexpectedly includes Phantom Power.
? DSP MIRROR MODE1: TWINLANe MIRROR fails to take over output patches automatically in certain configurations.
? MIDI NOTE ON/OFF may not be transmitted correctly when rapidly pressed on a User Defined Key.

Update Instructions:

? When updating CS-R5 from V4.00, first update to V4.02, then to V4.20.
? If updating CS-R5 or DSP-RX(-EX) from V4.00 or V4.02, follow recovery steps for progress bar issues.
? Ensure DSP-RX(-EX) is in 'Active' state to perform updates.
? Note changes in project file saving methods may affect loading earlier project files.
? Follow shutdown procedures correctly if touch panels become unresponsive after updates.
