How can I add a Touch device to an existing Zoom Room?

What does it require when you want to add a touch device and use it as a whiteboard in a Zoom Room? I want to use it for screen sharing and drawing. What are the things I need to consider in order to make this happen?

A few things to consider here:

  1. make sure that the device is recognized by your PC and works properly.
  2. install the necessary drivers and software for the touch device on the PC. 3.
  3. make sure that you have enabled whiteboard sharing in Zoom. To do this, click the "Share" button in the meeting control bar and select "Whiteboard".
    If you want to use the touch device as a whiteboard, select "Whiteboard" as the sharing option. You can then draw directly on the touch device and the content will be displayed on the computer screen and on the other screens in the room.
    If you want to use the touch device as a shared screen to share applications or documents, you can connect the touch device to the computer as an additional monitor. To do this, open the application or document on your computer screen and drag it to the touch device screen. You can then draw directly on the touch device and the changes appear on the computer screen and on the other screens in the room.
