Can I participate in more than one zoom meeting at the same time?

To enable simultaneous participation in multiple meetings from one desktop

Account

How to enable this feature for all members of your organization:.

1. log in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator with permission to edit account settings.
2. in the navigation pane, click Account Management, and then click Account Settings.
   Click the Meeting tab. 4.
   Under In Meeting (Basic), verify that the setting for Join multiple meetings simultaneously from the desktop is enabled. 5.
3. If the setting is disabled, click the status toggle button to enable it. If a confirmation dialog appears, click Enable to confirm the change.
4. (Optional) If you want this setting to be binding for all users on your account, click the lock icon first, and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

Group

How to enable this feature for a specific group:.

1. log in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator with permission to edit groups.
2. in the navigation pane, click User Management, and then click Group Management.
   Click the applicable group name from the list, and then click the Settings tab. 4.
   Click the Meeting tab. 5.
   Under In Meeting (Basic), verify that the setting for Join multiple meetings simultaneously from the desktop is enabled. 6.
   If the setting is disabled, click the status toggle button to enable it. If a confirmation dialog is displayed, click Enable to confirm the change.
   Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been disabled at the account level and must be changed there.
3. (Optional) If you want this setting to be binding for all users in this group, first click the lock icon and then click Lock to confirm the setting.

Users

This is how you activate the function for your own use:.

To join multiple meetings at the same time

To join multiple meetings at once, you can join the first meeting as follows:.

1. click the Join button in the Zoom desktop client. 2. click the Join button.
   Click the Join URL. 3.
2. go to https://zoom.us/join and enter the meeting ID.
   For each additional meeting you want to join, you must use the Join URL in your browser or go to https://zoom.us/join and manually enter the meeting/webinar ID. The Zoom Client automatically starts the additional meeting or webinar.
